Thank you for the opportunity to Triumph in Meaningful Engagement! I am Jaylin C. Martin, and it is my privilege and honor to serve as the Southern Regional Representative of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated for the 2022-2024 biennium. By virtue of my position, I am also the co-chair of Social Action for the Southern Region. I am a graduate of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where I was initiated into the Lambda Zeta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority in Spring 2021.
The collegiate members of our illustrious Sorority are scholars, yard runners and beacons of hope on their campuses. Let us continue being a voice for the voiceless, doing what is right even when it’s not popular, creating an environment where everyone is welcome, and staying connected to the One to whom all blessings flow.
