Procedures for Submitting Updates to the Southern Region Website

Monday - Weekly Update Submission Deadline
Saturday - Weekly Website Update
- Website updates may be submitted by the Regional Director, the Regional Representative, Elected and Appointed Regional Officers, Leadership Team/Committee Chairs and Coordinators, Regional Chapters, and National Officers of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
- Updates must comply with the most recent version of the Internet Guidelines of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
- Website updates, except spelling corrections, must be submitted using the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Southern Region Website Content Approval Form.
- All photos should be submitted in.jpg format and include a brief description of each photo. Do not send photos as Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Send photos as separate attachments in the same email as the website update form.
- Spelling corrections for names and email addresses, and chapter affiliation updates, should be directed to the Regional Webmaster at webmaster@dstsouthernregion.com. The update form is not needed for these.
- Website updates must be submitted to the Regional Director, srd@dstsouthernregion.com and the Chairs of the Technology, Information and Communication Committee, technology@dstsouthernregion.com. Collegiate chapters must also cc their Advisor(s) and the Regional Representative, srr@dstsouthernregion.com. Alumnae chapters should also cc their updates to the Regional Representative.
- All updates must be approved by the Regional Director (in consultation with the Regional Representative, the Coordinator of the TIC Committee, and the Webmaster as necessary).
- Approved updates will be submitted to the Webmaster by the Coordinator of`the Technology, Information and Communication Committee or the Regional Director.
- The website will be updated with approved content each Saturday evening.
